GLUTE EXERCISER TUTORIAL

Basic Training

1. Stand with your feet just less than shoulder width apart.
2. Slide the trainer between the legs with the tip of the Glute Exerciser pointing upwards.
3. Plant your feet into the ground and hold the Glute Exerciser with your inner upper thighs. TIP: you can tilt the tip upwards slightly to get a more natural grip.
4. Squeeze your glutes to close the wings of the exerciser.
5. Relax your muscles to open up the wings of the exerciser.
6. Exhale whilst contracting the exerciser, inhale when relaxing.
